Most orders are delivered successfully without any issues. In the rare event that a shipment is lost in transit, we will first provide a replacement shipment after verifying the issue. If the replacement shipment is also confirmed lost, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our policy. Please note that if the shipping carrier's tracking status shows the package as Delivered, the order will be considered successfully delivered.
